26 for 2026
This 26-point plant for 2026 is built around three clear objectives. To create a local authority that is: Fair, Proactive and More Accountable.
A message from Steff Aquarone MP
Our focus is on moving North Norfolk forward, and ensuring every resident and every community secures a fairer deal. First and foremost, that means fighting residents’ corners and championing our communities on North Norfolk District Council and Norfolk County Council, while holding Conservatives to account for their actions.
It also means re-taking the parliamentary seat in North Norfolk, and ensuring tireless campaigner Steffan Aquarone is standing up for our shared values in Parliament.
Whether it’s in Cromer or Westminster, we’re working hard -- alongside residents just like you -- to build a new kind of politics; one that puts the interests of local families ahead of party politics and fights for what’s right for North Norfolk.
This 26-point plant for 2026 is built around three clear objectives. To create a local authority that is: Fair, Proactive and More Accountable.
The Green Heart at Broad Marsh is lovely. Really, it is. But at barely 5% of the entire 20-acre site, it's more of a green postage stamp than the bold urban park our city deserves.
No one seriously disputes that our part of the world faces real challenges in sustainable growth. Housing is unaffordable for many. Transport infrastructure has struggled to keep pace with growth.
The Liberal Democrats have a long history and a clear, unique, set of values and principles. The North Norfolk Liberal Democrats work incredibly hard to provide strong local councillors and activists. We stand up for residents, support communities and give local people a voice.
