Petition for an Independent Drainage Survey – Overstrand Road, Cromer

We, the undersigned, call for the immediate deferral of the planning application for the proposed development on land off Overstrand Road, Cromer.

We urge the Council to require a fully independent drainage survey before any decision is made. Residents are deeply concerned about increased flood risk to nearby areas, including Station Road and Harbord Road.

Conflicting information provided by the applicant on drainage capacity raises serious doubts about the adequacy of the current plans. An independent assessment is essential to protect homes, roads, and the local community from further flooding
